They were able to accommodate us on pretty short notice and when our plans changed suddenly they were understanding and were able to switch our dates. Super easy and flexible drop off and pick up times.  Betsy was great to communicate with.  Jonah was happy at pick up and I think he wouldn't have minded staying longer!

She was well taken care of and Betsy gave her a bath and washed her bedding prior to pick-up time. We were also given a military discount because my husband is a veteran. My dogs are always well cared for and they love Betsy and her staff! My dogs like going there, they are full of wiggles and wags when they see Betsy.
I have a dog with some special needs and they are very careful to see that he gets his meds and accommodate his special diet and needs.
I think they were almost as sad as I was when I lost one of my girls this year. Could not ask for more knowledgeable and caring people.
