Born August 1st, 2024 Introducing Marsh Run’s Midnight Diamond, a striking Black Bear German Shepherd® born on August 1st, 2024. With his impressive lineage and exceptional qualities, Midnight Diamond is poised to be the new stud at Marsh Run Kennels. His strong build, intelligence, and excellent temperament make him a perfect addition to our breeding program. Expect more incredible Black Bear German Shepherds® from him, with litters available starting in late 2025. We’re excited to see how he will contribute to the next generation of these remarkable dogs.

Neeko (Von Ein Freund), born August 14th, 2014, has sired impressive litters with Marsh Run’s Ruby Sue, King’s Midnight Raven, and Marsh Run’s Sasha Delite, contributing to Marsh Run Kennels’ strong Black Bear German Shepherd® lineage. He and Ruby Sue had two litters, producing 13 puppies total (6 on April 5th, 2017, and 7 on January 26th, 2019). With King’s Midnight Raven, Neeko sired 10 puppies on May 16th, 2018, and 7 more on May 9th, 2020. Together, Neeko and Sasha had 4 pups on November 1st, 2017, and a final litter of 7 on August 2nd, 2020. The legacy of these intelligent, loyal, and robust puppies proudly represents the AKC Black Bear German Shepherds® heritage at Marsh Run Kennels.

Now that she’s getting older, she enjoys the serene companionship of Cooper, a rescue dog at MRK9, spending her days in a warm and supportive environment.

A delightful companion at Marsh Run Kennels, she has a playful flair for flirting with the male dogs, adding charm to her already captivating personality.

Born October 24th, 2016 in the Czech Republic. Storm was imported to Marsh Run Kennels. He is a remarkable specimen of a Black Bear German Shepherd®, known for his vocal nature. This sensitive boy doesn’t enjoy being alone and thrives on the companionship of others. He particularly adores the attention of the female dogs, making him a charming presence at Marsh Run Kennels.

Marsh Run Kennels’ Ruby Sue and Von Ein Freund “Neeko” shared a special bond, bringing two beautiful litters into the world. Their first litter arrived on April 5th, 2017, followed by a second on January 26th, 2019. Each pup was a testament to their parents’ strength, loyalty, and gentle nature. After these litters, Ruby Sue retired from motherhood, living her well-deserved, comfortable life at Marsh Run Kennels. Surrounded by love, she enjoys her peaceful days, watching over the next generation of Black Bear German Shepherds® with the grace and wisdom of a mother who gave so much.

Von Ein Freund “Neeko” and King’s Midnight Raven shared a bond that brought forth two extraordinary litters. Their first arrived on May 16th, 2018, and their final litter on May 9th, 2020. These pups carried the noble qualities of both parents, with Raven’s strength and grace shining through. Sadly, Raven passed away on February 5th, 2024, but her legacy lives on through her remarkable offspring. Neeko remains at Marsh Run Kennels, where he continues to thrive, keeping Raven’s memory alive through their beautiful lineage.
